Massage Therapist
Bellezza & Co. is looking for a Massage Therapist to join our growing salon and spa team. We are open to soon-to-be graduates as well as licensed massage therapists who are looking for a supportive spa home where they can build their career, grow their skills, and care for an established client base.
Our massage department has steady client demand, front desk support, marketing support, and a full salon and spa environment designed to help providers focus on giving excellent guest care. We provide the supplies and products needed for massage therapy and offer continuing education and training opportunities to help you continue growing in your career.
This position can be full-time or part-time. It is a commission-based employee position with a guaranteed hourly base. Gratuities also provide additional earning potential.

TEAM ROLE:
Provide professional massage therapy services in a relaxing salon and spa environment.
Perform relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, and hot stone massage with confidence.
Communicate with guests about their comfort, areas of concern, pressure preferences, and service goals.
Maintain a clean, calm, and professional treatment room.
Follow Bellezza & Co. service standards and client care expectations.
Participate in continuing education and training opportunities.
Be open to training for additional and specialty massage services.
Work with our front desk team to support a smooth client experience.
Ability to work evenings and every other Saturday.
This position requires a massage therapy license in the state of Ohio. Soon-to-be graduates are welcome to apply.
New Talent
Bellezza is always looking for New Talent to join our team. We work with local cosmetology schools with our internship program and training program for recently licensed Cosmetologist. We customize the training program to fit the needs of each new team member in training with the end goal being advanced technical skills and a strong knowledge of how to grow and maintain your clientele.

TEAM ROLE:
Weekly education classes include theory, mannequin and model work, and business mind set classes.
Assisting Senior and Master Stylist with their clients. This may include assisting with Shampoos and toners, color application, Styling, or general client experience.
Assist in the cleanliness of the salon.
Ability to work evenings and weekends
*This position requires a license from the Ohio State Cosmetology and Barber Board.

Bellezza has a long history with working with our local cosmetology schools to help prepare them for success upon graduation. We have found that the internship program is the best way to bridge the gap from school to salon. This give students a chance to see what everyday life looks like in the salon as well as adding to the total hours towards their program completion.
Students must have completed 750hrs of their training with the school
