We do ask of our customers to follow the policies below to help ensure that everyone has the best experience possible while at Bellezza.

Appointment Changes & Cancellations

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This allows us to accommodate other guests and respect our providers’ time.

No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations
A no-show or same-day cancellation (within 24 hours) will result in the forfeiture of any deposit associated with the appointment.

First occurrence: A friendly reminder of our policy will be noted in your account.

Second occurrence: A 50% deposit will be required to schedule future services.

Third occurrence: Full prepayment (100%) will be required to book appointments.

Deposit & Prepayment Review
Deposit and prepayment requirements will remain in place until a consistent appointment history is re-established. At that time, standard booking privileges may be reinstated at the spa’s discretion.

**Appointment deposits are not refundable if a clients does not provide a minimum of 24 notice of cancelation or reschedule.
