We value the needs of all of our customers and want to make every accommodation that we can to provide them with our best service. We do ask of our customers to follow the policies below to help ensure that everyone has the best experience possible while at Bellezza.
Appointment Cancellation & No Show Policy:
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
- In the event of a no-show or same-day cancellation, we will kindly remind you of our policy.
- Upon a second occurrence, you will be required to submit a 50% deposit for the intended service(s) prior to scheduling.
- Following a third incident, you will be advised to prepay 100% of the service fee for the next 3 months to secure an appointment slot.
**Appointment deposits are not refundable if a clients does not provide a minimum of 24 notice of cancelation or reschedule.

- We love children and welcome them for their scheduled appointments, but ask you to please find child care while you are here for your services.
