Policies & Guest Information

Thank you for choosing Bellezza & Co.  for your beauty and relaxation needs. We value every guest and want to create the best experience possible for everyone who visits us. To help us honor our guests’ time, our providers’ schedules, and the relaxing atmosphere of the spa, we kindly ask that all guests review and follow the policies below.

 

Appointment Changes & Cancellations

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes, reschedules, or cancellations. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other guests and helps us respect our service providers’ time.


No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations

A no-show or same-day cancellation, defined as cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment, may result in the forfeiture of any deposit associated with the appointment.

Our policy for repeated no-shows or same-day cancellations is as follows:

First occurrence:
A friendly reminder of our policy will be noted in your account.

Second occurrence:
A 50% deposit will be required to schedule future services.

Third occurrence:
Full prepayment, 100%, will be required to book future appointments.


Deposit & Prepayment Review

Deposit and prepayment requirements will remain in place until a consistent appointment history is re-established. At that time, standard booking privileges may be reinstated at Bellezza Spa’s discretion.

Appointment deposits are non-refundable if a guest does not provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for a cancellation or reschedule.


General Salon & Spa Etiquette

To help maintain a comfortable and relaxing environment for all guests, we kindly ask that you follow these etiquette guidelines during your visit:

Please turn off or silence cell phone ringers.

Please refrain from using speaker phone while in the salon or spa.

Please speak quietly while in shared spaces to help preserve a relaxing atmosphere.

We love children and welcome them for their scheduled appointments. However, we kindly ask that childcare arrangements be made while you are here for your own services so that all guests may enjoy a relaxing experience.
